What works well in my class...is a peep to an interactive, integrative, democratic, congenial, conducive, creative and effective learning environment. It fosters all round development of every student in the class focusing on intellectual, physical, social, cultural, ethical, moral, development of the student. The teacher plays a pivtol role in sharpening the skills and building a positive learning environment. The teacher often wonders on the www - "what went wrong" and "what works well". The magic lies in the way the teacher takes relentless efforts in fostering best practices in the classroom.
