Usability test of the UniClinika RIS Service Module

With the growth of the digital market, Information Technology companies see a growing need to invest in design and usability. With the software available, users have become more intolerant and demanding of what they use and consume. Its no different in the health sector, where new technologies are also emerging, making for a fierce market. UniClinika RIS was developed with this new market in mind. Following the usability principles of Jordan, Leventhal and Barnes and Nielsens heuristics, the tool was evaluated and usability problems were listed to be presented to the developer.
