The Sheriff of Willow Creek

This movie role is her last chance at a second act. But a stalker forces her to flee to a small town where a sheriff threatens to steal her heart.

Actress Laura Lane lands a role in a movie with Oscar potential. Over fifty, this may be her last chance at a great role. But the creepy attention of a fan spooks her, forcing her to leave Hollywood in hopes the stalker will give up his obsession with her.

After decades of stressful police work in Detroit and a failed marriage, Sheriff Jake Betkowski is ready for a peaceful, if lonely, small-town life. Everything is going to plan until Laura Lane walks into his life and cracks open his heart.

They discover their common Midwest roots, and it seems natural to spend more time together. Even as they grow closer, they believe their relationship can have no happy ending.

As threats to Laura return and escalate, they are forced to re-examine what is truly important before its too late.

The Sheriff of Willow Creek is a clean, later-in-life, opposites-attract romance with a little bit of mystery and suspense.
