Evolution is the law of nature and so as the Socio-Economic-political system regulating human behavior. Its only the quest of human for better regulation of people living in a society, that lead the the nomadic man to adopt feudal system, then monarch and now a days democracy. Judiciary is of course one of the important aspect of democratic which plays important part in this system. But nothing is perfect and so as inter relation of politics and judiciary in a democratic system.
