The Deconstruction Of Walter Pigg

How can a man cheat the hangman?

... when the hangman is himself.

When hes backed himself into a corner with no way out?

Walter had done the unthinkable. He had lied to his wife. Deceived her. Not with another woman but with their money. Finances. Gambling debts. They were about to lose their home. His life insurance might save her but nothing could save him.

His bookie was sending a man. If not today then tomorrow, or the next day. Walter had heard the stories. The broken kneecaps. Cracked skulls. The men who disappeared without a trace. Hanging had to be easier. Less painful. Final. But life wasnt through with Walter yet.

Not by a long shot.

If you like strong characters youll think about long after the book closes, youll love The Deconstruction Of Walter Pigg.
