Duncan McLean has only one goal, update and resell his half of a duplex for a nice profit. What he has failed to take into consideration is his neighbor, some interfering relatives, and a contest he has managed to somehow win without having entered it. When he learns what the contest stipulations are, he wonders how hell be able to handle the chaos headed his way. Spearheaded by none other than Michaela Twomey.
