Single & Saddled follows Naina Mehra, a single mother in her 30s living in Mumbai, Indias City of Dreams. She is an ambitious manager at Shopee.com, a top online company in India, and leads an independent life with her 6 month old daughter Amanya. On the surface, things seem fine but on the inside, Naina is struggling to understand if there is more to her than life can offer. She seems stuck somehow, always in first gear, never moving past it.

And then, things start to take a turn for the better. She finds romance, gets recognised at work & forges new friendships. Naina now has to discover herself in this new shot at life.

Will she be able to reconcile what she wants with what she needs?

Single & Saddled is a fast paced coming-of-age short story with a brave heroine at the centre of it who is dealing with the challenges of single motherhood and societal prejudice alongside searching for the true meaning of her existence.
