This book is somehow telling you to how to deal with such challenges, this book is all about questions that we ask ourselves when we are feeling low, anxious and depressed. This book questions your capabilities, This book questions society and some social issues. A great mixture of questions and their answers in those questions itself. You can also say this book is a POV of my Pen.
