Intercession as one of the models of restorative justice is very high light in Rumis works. Rumi was a mystic, jurist, theologian, and poet. He is one of the most popular poets writing of love and peace and mystical spirituality in the world.Considering the non-negation of formal criminal justice system in Rumis works, the maximalist approach is compatible with Rumis restoration teachings. Rumis practical procedure shows his effort to forgive the offender even after accepting the intercession. Based on the summarization and processing of intercession with a restorative reading in Rumis works, a 9-step process was obtained. This comprehensive and independent model can be very effective along with other restorative justice models to achieve the goals of restorative justice.
