Return to Paris

How does it feel to be cursed in love? Honora Favre of Paris and Normandy, France was beginning to think she was born that way. The world was living through the darkest days of the 2020 pandemic. It was killing millions. Twice, destiny pulls the beautiful young woman back from supreme happiness, material success, and security. Strangely, she is surrounded by people, from the past and the present, who protect and save her-even a powerful woman who has adored Honora from afar.

Stay alive. Madeleine Dubois carried those words inside herself every day since she heard her boss, Pierre Touchet, shot in cold blood on le quai de la Tournelle of Paris in 1940. The illiterate, orphaned teenager from an obscure forest in Belgium hitches a ride to Paris on a poultry wagon bound for the Left Bank of the River Seine. Powerful forces of evil, greed, passion, and motherly love take control of her life and sweep Madeleine into the precise time and place to change history.
