NBR Today Motor Vehicles Act Ready Reckoner

Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to motor vehicles in India.Motor Vehicles are mechanically propelled for road use, power transmitted & chassis to which body attached & trailer, not running upon fixed rails or special adapted factory use or enclosed premises or less than 04 wheels with engine capacity upto 25 cubic centimetres.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Delhi High Court. In any case, the maximum liability of the printer, publisher, editor or their associates is limited to the return of subscription amount paid by the concerned subscriber.
