Misunderstod: Living With Dyslexia

When Daniella was given her first piece of literature to read aloud at primary school, she had no idea how her life was about to change. With words on the page coming to life and dancing around to form a prose that proved utterly unreadable, she froze, unable to muster a single word. Confused and scared, little did Daniella know that instead of being different she in fact had Dyslexia, a condition that when finally diagnosed, her teachers still refused to truly acknowledge. This is the story of a little girls childhood, an honest and heartfelt memoir of a normal girl who was misunderstood, but who vowed to overcome the many challenges put in front of her and never let Dyslexia define her.
