Pirates threaten the safety of the island, and when tragedy stricks, Morgan reminds the sea witch, Cora, of a long-ago promise.

Now that Morgan is assured of her personal safety, she must plan to destroy the modern-day pirates terrorizing the waters of the island and ensure the safe return of their hostages.
