Medical Microbiology

Medical Microbiology deals with the microbes that cause disease in humans and animals. This book provides a simplified and illustrative information of pathogenic microorganisms and diseases. The causative agents of the disease, characteristics of pathogens, pathogenesis and multiplication of viruses, life cycle of parasites, prevention and treatment of microbial diseases are provided in a sequential manner.
