Material unlawfulness and its relationship with Article 19 N.A.C.

In the Argentine Civil Code repealed in 2015, unlawfulness was formal and subjective, since it was required that the harmful act was expressly prohibited by a rule and that the agents acted with intent, fault or negligence. Now all this has changed, the new unified Civil and Commercial Code of the Argentine Nation established an objective and material type of unlawfulness.
