The first aspect researchs whether the country researchs talent human experiment which can help any businessmen to raise productivities or efficiencies. The second aspect researchs whether the country encourages employers apply high technological environment, it can raise productivities or efficiencies, the final researchs whether the country encourages over time working environmental culture, whether it can raise productivities or efficiencies.
