IPR and Research Ethics

The process of globalization has radically influenced the domain of research and publication all over the world. GATT which was renamed later as WTO i.e. World Trade Organization has compelled the member countries to accept the international laws in the respect of Intellectual Property Rights. Being a member country, India has also accepted the international norms in this respect and amended the intellectual property rights and brought the laws up to the international standards. The present book titled "IPR and Research Ethics" is a collection of invited research articles from the eminent academicians from different states of India. This edited book highlights intellectual property rights, research and publication ethics, and the consequences of plagiarism.
