Internet Babylon: Secrets

This book looks at the Internet from a morbid, sordid, entertaining perspective rather than a technical how-to perspective. It will stay away from glorifying danger and instead choose from a broad selection of sites that fit the mold of Hollywood Babylon and TV Babylon. The line between truth and fiction is blurred on the Net, just as it is in Hollywood, and so are will be the scandals involving well-known movie and TV personalities, politicians, and the Internets own brand of celebrities. The battle between illusion and reality is every bit as intense on the Internet as on the celluloid screen. Going beyond sites that glorify the seamier side to life, this will be a guide to the weird sites that appeal to selective sensibilities.
