Inside The Broken Mind

Within this book is a collection of my poetry. Just like my bipolar mind, I jump from topic to topic, happy to sad, no real order to anything. I accepted the challenge to write 21 poems in 21 days in order to create this book. The only poem that wasnt written within these days was the poem for Tup Tup who passed away in 2021. I find writing is a way to cope when things are too hard or I am having trouble processing my thoughts and feelings. My hope is that this book may bring comfort to others, even if it is only the comfort in knowing they are not alone.
