This collection of poetry is not written in a chronological order. Each page represents inner dialogues that were birthed then transferred into written words, from the first page to the last. I purposely chose to write a poem a day from the 11th - 31st of January 2023. The running themes in this book are encouragement, hope, love, faith, worry, habits, personal development, fear and liberty.""
