An abandoned train station...a mysterious will...what happens when the past catches up with the present?
Gillian Byrne had promised herself she would never return home to the tranquil, picturesque small town of St. Edmunds. That is, until her grandfather in the Yukon, a man she had never met, leaves her an inheritance, his whole fortune, with one condition-she has to uncover the unsolved mystery of what happened to her parents in St. Edmunds when she was fifteen. She doesnt care about his money or property, but she does care about setting to rest a past that has haunted her for such a long time.
Gillian is met with the unexpected discovery of murders in an abandoned railway station her first day back. Misdirection abounds, and the mystery of the victims deepens, opening up events the unknown killer is very intent on keeping hidden.
She must find a way to break through both cases with the help of caring friends, a man called Raven, and her Parson Russell terrier, Finn, by her side.
