عن المنتج
In the game of love, she is HIS LAST SHOT.
Everyone loves the tall, funny, successful, and ridiculously handsome pool shark, Johnny Givens. Hes the guy every woman wants. So why hasnt he found the one? At forty-five years old, hes tired of the dating scene, tired of not clicking with any woman that crosses his path.
Hes over it.
Rachel Garcia hopes for a better life, but for now, she bartends at her overbearing Uncle Dexters bar. And as for love, she has a few rules. No dating customers, no dating older men. Sounds simple enough. Yet, its the rheumatoid arthritis shes battled since childhood that makes everything feel so difficult and hopeless. Why would anyone stick around long term? Chronic illness isnt something you expect to deal with at the age of thirty.
Life is so unfair.
Then Johnny happens. Hes a customer, fifteen years older, and everything she doesnt want. As luck would have it, shes forced to see a lot of him when he joins the local pool league at Dexters. Now, nothing is ever the same. With her heart or her life.
Johnny is smitten. Sparks fly, and chemistry erupts unlike anything hes ever felt before. Dates spent stargazing with her are the building blocks to the love story he has always desired. If only it were that simple. Rachels insecurities, a dangerous uncle who runs an illegal gambling ring, and an ex-fiancé who wants her back, all threaten to destroy Johnnys last shot at love.
