Escape From The Soviets

Escape From The Soviets was written by Tatiana Tchernavin in 1933 from her hospital bed and later translated from the Russian by N. Alexander. This is a fresh account of this journey, but more importantly, an early account of what actually made it necessary; the increasing persecutions by Stalins police state, especially as it was affecting the academic, scientific and engineering classes of the USSR from 1918-1932.
