In the city of San Francisco, Electra Philips is trying hard to meet the expectations of her father, trying to live the Olympic dream, and trying to be a normal teenage girl. At the same time, Vagan Elison is trying to settle in to college, in a brand new city, and figure out what is happening to large chunks of his time.
