This book of poetry is a raw look into the mind of someone in recovery from an eating disorder. All of the poems are written during a period of intensive treatment. Each poem is from a different stage of recovery, and not a linear recovery in any way. This book is meant to share real struggles in hopes that others wont feel alone in their recovery.
