Leymon is the son of the Halvard Chief and Sylvania, the Queen of the Cailern. The Halvard and the Cailern had never seen eye to eye. The magic thats in the Cailerns very blood is considered evil by Halvard who are naturally resistant to magic and spells. But their differences dont keep Leymon and Sylvania from falling in love.

When Leymons father declares war on the Cailern, and all attempts at peace fail, Leymon has to choose whether to stand with his people or the woman he loves. Sylvania is also struggling with the political ploys of a powerful noble while fighting a war.
