County Folklore - Leicestershire and Rutland

Part of the successful county folklore series - this book is packed full of superstitions, customs and old wives tales. A great book for anybody in or around Leicestershire and Rutland, or with an interest in the rich folklore of the United Kingdom. Many of the earliest books, particularly those dating back to the 1900s and before, are now extremely scarce and increasingly expensive. We are republishing these classic works in affordable, high quality, modern editions, using the original text and artwork.
