Computational Pharmacokinetics

This book outlines the fundamental concepts and models of pharmacokinetics (PK) from a mathematical perspective based on clinically relevant parameters. It covers the analysis of PK data, discusses several physiological aspects to help understand the concepts, and explains processes using real-life data from pharmaceuticals.
