Combustible Demand-Sensitive Automobile Flow Management Coordination and Path Selection in Automobile Infrastructureless Environments

Transportation system holds a huge importance among policy makers, researchers, and automobile manufacturers recently (Sumalee & Ho 2018). The rising traffic congestions, injuries and mortalities in road accidents have rendered to be one among the worlds biggest ―public health‖ and ―injury prevention‖ issue. The death rate in the entire world is nearly 1.25 million yearly from just road accidents. Young people in the age group 15-29 years are more susceptible to death owing to rising road traffic injuries. As per the third Global status report issued on road safety, it has been predicted that the low and middle income nations contribute towards 90% of the worlds injury rate resulting in 3% GDP on road traffic accidents. According to the Government of India, Transport Research Wing (TRW) of Ministry of Transport and Highways, the overall number of road fatal conditions rose by 2.5% from 4,89,400 in 2014 to 5,01,423 in 2015. There is also a rise in the overall number of death and injuries in road accidents by 4.6% and 1.4% correspondingly between 2014 and 2015. (Mortality Rate: 1,39,671 in 2014 to 1,46,133 in 2015, while Injury rate: 4,93,474 in 2014 to 5,00,279 in 2015 ). In India, daily nearly 1,374 accidents and 400 deaths occur which again changes into 57 accidents and 17 fatalities on road each hour on an average.
