MUKHERJEE is Professor and Chairperson, TotalQuality Management and Supply Chain Management, Narsee Monjee Instituteof Management & Higher Studies (Deemed University), Mumbai. Earlierhe was Professor and Head of Department, Operation and Logistics &Supply Chain Management, K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studiesand Research, Mumbai. He received his Ph.D. in Total Quality Managementfrom Pune University. Dr. Mukherjee has around two decades of industrialexperience at senior positions in reputed industrial houses, and experienceof over a decade in the academic field. He is an eminent managementconsultant to some of the leading Indian organizations and has a numberof research articles published to his credit in leading journals.
