A devoted single mom, used to doing everything on her own, Maggie Bowman is trying to do All. The. Things. Somehow, the more she does, the more she feels like shes failing. With the clock ticking down to the start of the school year, Maggies first priority is staying on top of renovations on her fixer-upper in order to provide a stable home for her daughter.

Finally satisfied with his life just as it is, local restaurant owner, Sean York, is completely caught off guard by the sweet woman who walks into his bar for the first time. Fidgeting in her barstool and pulling at the deep neckline of her dress to cover herself, she looks like shed rather be anywhere else while she waits for her friends.

The connection is brief, but its there. Sean cant help but be drawn to Maggies gentle vulnerability. And Maggie cant help but be drawn to Seans easygoing nature - not to mention the way he looks in those jeans.

When Sean and Maggie meet up again, they each begin to wonder, "What if...?"
