An Autobipoetry of a Traumatised Child

At 37 years of age, she had given up. She was filled with frustration and anger since her childhood years and never knew why; unable to accept love and affection, unable to trust she spent her life alone. Her lowest point: suffering with depression, anxiety and PTSD. She desperately needed help. Through a charity, she found a professional therapist; trust built quickly, slowly revealing the truth behind the anger. Deep-seated memories arose which had been locked away; it were these traumas that plagued her life. There was a lot of work to do.
