A Psychology of Insects

Compelling and dreamlike, at once apocalyptic and gentle - an astonishingly imaginative story of humans eroding in the world theyve spent generations building.

In the shadow of the Metropol, Henry Chenille is looking for a piece of his brain. It is the social piece that will keep him in the middle class, that will stop the buzzing in his chest from welling up and collapsing him like paper lantern burning. As he searches, he finds himself standing at the edge of the civilized world, staring into the untouched wilderness that lurks just beyond the city limits, waiting for a chance to step out and disappear. No matter the cost.

A Psychology of Insects is a tense, surreal, and darkly humorous ride through the decaying world of tomorrow, a place where everything comes down to how tightly you hold yourself together.
