ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Lydia Fotheringham is based in Perth where she maintains a strong base of farming clients. A solicitor with 29 years experience she is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Agricultural Law. Lydia is described in Chambers 2020 as "pragmatic and sensible in her approach."
