21 Days

A collection of short poems written by Catherine Lima. Each poem gives an inside look at the inner workings of the writers mind throughout her day-to-day life. This book is not meant to be taken literally. Everything is left to the interpretation of the reader in hopes to create a dialogue towards mental health. Some of the poems touch on the experience of struggling with anxiety and expression. Others touch on the experience of feeling hope and love. Life is bittersweet, and there are no rules on how to live.
