1. This trade-in offer allows you to trade in your old smartphone for the new Samsung S26 Ultra models at a discounted price.

2. The trade-in phone can be in any condition. Devices will be tested at Jarir Bookstore. If the device does not meet the required conditions, it may be accepted under a different grade.

3. Once the old smartphone is successfully tested at Jarir Bookstore, the customer can complete the trade-in transaction and purchase the new Samsung S26 Ultra at a discounted price.

4. Only the device is required for trade-in (no box or accessories required).

5. Each customer can trade in up to 3 devices per transaction and up to 3 transactions during the promotion.

6. The customer will receive one voucher for the replacement process.

7. The trade-in device does not need to be purchased from Jarir Bookstore.

8. Once the trade-in is completed, the old device cannot be returned.

9. Trade-in devices cannot be redeemed for cash. The new Samsung S26 Ultra cannot be returned even if sealed.

10. If the new Samsung S26 Ultra is defective, Jarir’s standard return policy will apply.

11. Device evaluation is at the sole discretion of Jarir Bookstore, which reserves the right to reject any device.

12. The following cases are not accepted: devices with personal accounts, passcodes or locks, or unclear serial numbers.

13. Completing the trade-in requires customer data (email, name, mobile number, and national ID/residence number) and signatures. Jarir may refuse service if this information is not provided.

14. Customers are advised to back up and delete all personal data. Jarir is not responsible for any data left on the device.

15. Ownership of the device transfers to Jarir after completing the trade-in and cannot be reversed, including any accessories or data.

16. Customers can trade up to three devices for one new device, provided its value is equal to or higher than the voucher.

17. The voucher must be used on the same day and in the same showroom where it was issued. Expired vouchers cannot be claimed. The old device can be retrieved if the process is not completed.

18. Customers can cancel before completing the trade-in. After completion, Jarir’s return and exchange policy applies.

19. Trade-in service is available at Jarir showrooms in Saudi Arabia, excluding airport branches (King Abdulaziz Airport and Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Airport).

20. This promotion is valid in KSA showrooms only.

21. This promotion is valid from April 29 to May 05, 2026, or until stocks last.
