1. The offer allows customers to trade in their old device for a new iPhone at a discounted price.

2. The old device may be in any condition and will be inspected at Jarir. If the device does not meet the required criteria, the customer may only be eligible to trade it in for a lower-grade value.

3. Once the device has been inspected and accepted by Jarir, the customer may complete the trade-in transaction and purchase a new iPhone at a discounted price.

4. Only the device itself is required for trade-in. The original box and accessories are not required.

5. Each customer may trade in up to three (3) devices per transaction and is entitled to a maximum of three (3) trade-in transactions during the promotional period.

6. The customer will receive one trade-in voucher per transaction.

7. The old device does not need to have been purchased from Jarir Bookstore.

8. Once the trade-in transaction has been completed, the traded-in (old) device cannot be returned to the customer.

9. The trade-in value cannot be redeemed for cash, and the traded-in device cannot be returned even if it is in new condition.

10. If the new iPhone is found to have a manufacturing defect, Jarir's return and exchange policy will apply.

11. All trade-in transactions are subject to Jarir Bookstore's assessment, and Jarir reserves the right to reject any device that does not meet the required conditions.

• Devices with an active personal account.

• Devices protected by a passcode, security lock, or network lock.

• Apple devices with Find My still enabled.

• Devices with an unreadable or missing Serial Number or IMEI.

• Devices with damaged, modified, or non-original components.

• Cases where the customer refuses to provide the required personal information.

12. The customer is responsible for disclosing any repairs or modifications made to the device.

13. If it is later discovered that the device information was inaccurate or that undisclosed repairs or modifications were made, Jarir reserves the right to return the device to the customer and require payment of the trade-in value plus a processing fee equal to 10% of the device value.

14. Customers must back up and erase all personal data before handing over the device. Jarir accepts no responsibility for any data remaining on the device.

15. Customers may cancel the transaction before completing payment at the cashier. Once the transaction is completed, the traded-in device cannot be returned, and Jarir's exchange and return policy, as stated on the purchase invoice, will apply.

16. Once the trade-in request has been completed, the traded-in (old) device cannot be returned.

17. The trade-in voucher must be used immediately at the time of issuance and at the same showroom where it was issued. Customers may not claim the voucher after its expiry. If the trade-in transaction is not completed, the customer may retrieve the old device.

18. Ownership of the traded-in device transfers to Jarir upon completion of the trade-in transaction and cannot be reversed. This includes any accessories received with the device and, without limitation, any data stored on it.

19. The trade-in value, in whole or in part, cannot be redeemed for cash.

20. If the new device has a manufacturing defect, Jarir's exchange and return policy, as stated on the purchase invoice, will apply.

21. The trade-in service is available at Jarir Bookstore showrooms across Saudi Arabia, excluding airport branches and the Clock Tower showroom in Makkah.

22. Jarir may offer an additional trade-in support of up to 15% of the traded-in device value on selected products, subject to the following conditions:• The traded-in device must have been purchased from Jarir Bookstore, and the original purchase invoice may be required.• The device Serial Number or IMEI must match the Jarir purchase invoice.• The device must have been purchased within three (3) years prior to the trade-in date.• The Jarir support may be combined with any available supplier support.• If an additional trade-in support is applied:The Jarir support is limited to one traded-in device only.Supplier support may apply to multiple traded-in devices.

23. Jarir offers a post-purchase trade-in service for newly purchased devices within seven (7) days from the purchase invoice date, subject to the following conditions:• The customer's mobile number must be registered on the invoice at the time of purchase, and the same number must be used when requesting the post-purchase trade-in service.• The trade-in value must be lower than the value of the original purchase invoice.• The refund will be processed using the original payment method. If this is not possible, the refund will be issued in cash.• Customers will not be eligible for any additional supplier trade-in support (if applicable) if the trade-in is completed after the promotional period has ended.
