Dear Customer, It is not required that the device was purchased from Jarir Bookstore.

Dear Customer, Each customer can trade in up to 3 devices per calendar month (whether in one trade-in transaction or multiple transactions).
Dear Customer, You can benefit from trading in up to 3 devices per calendar month. The period is calculated from the beginning to the end of the month, not from the date of your previous trade-in. The number of devices is tracked using the mobile number registered during the trade-in process.
Dear Customer, You will receive a regular purchase invoice, which will show that the new device includes the trade-in/upgrade service discount.
Dear Customer, There is no requirement to purchase a product similar to the old one. You can buy any item from the store.
Dear Customer, The voucher must be used on the same day it is issued and in the same branch that issued it. It cannot be used in another branch.
