The Weaver of Rainbows: A Walk down Many Roads

Death brings to life the once spooky and desolate household of Ebenezer. As Melita dwells on the irony of life, she takes readers through a poignant journey of hope, faith, fear and love.

Melitas recollections of life in the quaint village of Merapara in Kerala; her first meeting with her cousins and the adventures that follow; the harsh realities of life; and the sights, sounds and smells of a time gone by are so vivid and forthright that one feels an instant connection with every character, which grows deeper and stronger through the passage of time.

Melita also recounts the special bond she once shared with Manna, her cousin, hoping it has the strength to fight all odds and work a miracle.

When K walks into her life, Melita sets out on a journey of self-discovery and realisation. Fighting the turmoil and conflicts within, she gradually understands that life throws more questions than answers.

Can she make peace with herself and accept life as it is, warts and all?

Can she weave a colourful rainbow that defies the many challenges?

Myriad emotions, feelings and hues are beautifully woven together in this wonderful tapestry of love and longing.

Lucid... poignant... Some of the pages hold the subtle fragrance of things thought lost, strange yet familiar, making one cling on to the feelings of being unsettled.
