The Son of Monte Cristo

Continuing the legacy of The Count of Monte Cristo, The Son of Monte Cristo, Vol. 2 follows the heir of Edmond Dantès as he faces fresh betrayals, conspiracies, and battles for justice. Set against the backdrop of political turmoil, this gripping sequel blends adventure, romance, and intrigue in a tale of destiny and revenge.

Alexandre Dumas (1802-1870) did not write this sequel to his popular classic The Count of Monte-Cristo. The Son of Monte-Cristo was one of two sequels written by Jules Lermina (1839-1915) in 1881.
