What The Patch Parables Is About

At its core, The Patch Parables is the story of Sam, an ordinary man overwhelmed by the weight of unfinished goals, abandoned dreams, and the constant feeling that hes falling short. His life is a bucket full of holes-a metaphor for the leaks that drain motivation, discipline, and self-belief.

One day on a trail run, Sam discovers a rusted bucket hanging from a wooden sign carved with the words "Gene was here." Inside is a laminated flyer introducing the P.A.T.C.H. framework:

• P - Pause and identify the leaks
• A - Accept the challenge
• T - Tackle it one step at a time
• C - Create a plan you can stick to
