The Disappearance of a Miss No One : And other short stories

Women have stories to tell. Some good, some bad. And some so tragic that they shudder by the mere recollection of it.These stories often come at the cost of embarrassment and shame. Yet, there are others that serve to inspire, to spread hope. Amidst the fast-forwarding society, todays women still face varied emotional struggles and are subjugated by various social evils. For long they have been the victims of a male dominant society. Their aspirations have been questioned, their potential doubted. They have been victimised in the most brutal of manners for being women, by savage men who walk free in a society that claims to uplift the ideals of freedom and personal liberty yet fails time and again because for women, to be safe is to be free. And that assurance is seldom guaranteed. Fifteen stories, fifteen tales of injustice and failed redemptions, somewhere with the hope of altering decayed perspectives. This is The Disappearance of A Miss No-One.
