Tails You Win

Who decides the worth of a life? Does being a doctor really give one the right to casually throw away a mans future for convenience? You might think Mark Wilson was unlucky to be beaten up and suffering head trauma, but it seems that for him the bad luck really set in once he got to hospital. Beset by error on all sides, his condition was mishandled and his familys concerns brushed aside, despite the constant efforts of his heartbroken parents. This is an account of Marks experiences during treatment, and his father, Matthews. Based on Matthews diary, the book follows Marks condition day by day, and keeps pace with his parents efforts to get him the treatment he needs, fighting the medical profession every step of the way, to try and get their sons life back.
