Sister Act: The Story of the Lane Sisters Volume Two

Volume two of Sister Act: The Story of the Lane Sisters illustrates how Priscilla, Rosemary, Lola, Leota, and Marthas lives took very different paths, beginning in the 1940s. It covers their activities during World War II, Priscillas best-remembered films, Rosemarys work on Broadway, the Lanes post-Warner Bros. movies, and the diverse choices they made in their personal lives that sometimes separated them, geographically as well as emotionally.

Maggie McCormick is the author of Ill See You Again: The Bittersweet Love Story and Wartime Letters of Jeanette MacDonald and Gene Raymond and Jeanette MacDonald On the Air, as well as many magazine articles about movies and theater. She has been a Lane Sister fan for over forty years.
