Wallycraft - The Making of Life-Like Animal Models from Wally Twist

This vintage book is a charming guide to "Wallycraft", being a handbook on the making of life-like animal models from "Wally Twist". "Wally Twist" refers to lengths of wool-covered wire used for the making of small soft toys and animals. With simple, step-by-step instructions and many helpful diagrams, this volume is highly recommended for the novice crafter, and would make for a lovely addition to collections of related literature. Contents include: "Tools Required", "To Cut the Twist", "To Join the Parts Together", "General Construction", "The Skeleton", "Clipping", "Facial Features", "Eyes", "Noses", "Mouths", "Ears", "Yellow Chick", "To Make", "Teddy Bear", "Koala Bear", "Panda", etc. Many vintage books such as this are becoming increasingly scarce and expensive. We are republishing this volume now in an affordable, high-quality edition complete with a specially commissioned new introduction on model building.
