About this Product
Schools need leaders: headteachers, senior leaders, middle leaders, and classroom teachers. The same impetus for all is essential - when we lead, we inspire, we build, and we take people on a journey. Leadership in schools has perhaps never been so challenging with micromanagement from external pressures hampering our decision-making and resolve. This book provides much-needed reflection for brave leadership at all levels in the drive not to lose our way, undermine our purpose, or sacrifice the purity of the role we are so privileged to undertake. Does your school pass The Stick of Rock Test?
Jonathan gets people! His successful, refreshing leadership brings out the very best in the people he works with and children in his care.
