The Song of the Armadillo

The Song of the Armadillo was adapted from a Bolivian folktale and completely revamped! The story is about a little armadillo who dreams of having a beautiful song like the frogs, crickets, and canaries that live around him. He studies and practices all day and night, but the sounds he makes are not quite right. He tries the horn, the harmonica, the piano and every other possible thing... but the other animals make fun of him saying: "Dont be ridiculous, armadillos cant sing!" Will the little armadillo finally achieve his dream? Packed with colorful illustrations and delightful rhyme, this book is perfect for story time!
