Telos Volume V - Special Edition in Honour of Guido de Marco

In commemoration of Guido de Marcos dedication to the international dimension of maritime affairs, Fondation de Malte felt it would be a fitting tribute to focus on a particular moment of de Marcos life, in his involvement as one of the prestigious Vice-Presidents of the Independent World Commission on the Oceans (IWCO). The maritime context, both from a national and international perspective, remained for him an essential dimension to any geopolitical progress.
