Social and economic development of Mahalla in Uzbekistan

The monograph is devoted to the socio-economic development of the Mahalla institution in Uzbekistan. It examines the scientific and methodological foundations of the activities of citizens self-government bodies - Mahallas and the directions for improving the standard of living of the population. The institutional, organizational, legal and economic mechanisms for the development of the Mahalla system are covered, institutions and mechanisms, the activities of representatives of the "Mahalla seven" are considered. The Mahalla development programs given in the monograph allow attracting the population to entrepreneurial activity.
