1. Customer is not obligated to purchase in order to participate in the draw.

2. The customer should scan the QR code available at the in store Samsung display table or on shelves of the participating products and register the required info on the assigned link of the competition to participate in the draw.

3. Each customer gets one chance to enter the draw upon registering their info.

4. Info provided by customers must be accurate and matching to the official ID.

6. Prize cannot be exchanged in cash and specifications cannot be changed.

7. Device color may differ from the announced color upon delivery based on the available colors

8. Winners will be contacted through Jarir.

9. Winner will be contacted after the draw to arrange receiving his prize, and if there is no reply to phone call within 7 days after contacting the winner, another winner will be drawn and the previous winner will have no right to claim the prize.

10. Winner has to provide National ID or Iqama along with the required documents within 7 days in order to collect the prize.

11. All staff and their families are excluded from this draw.

12. By redeeming the offer, the customer is indicating his agreement to be bound by these special terms and conditions governing this offer only. The other generic Terms and Conditions of Jarir will continue to apply unless it contradicts with these special terms.

13. Jarir reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time prior to or during the validity period.

14. Jarir shall not be liable of any loss whatsoever and of any kind to the customer that could be related to this offer.

15. Jarir will not be liable for any claims under this offer as well.

16. These special Terms and Conditions and its amendments from time to time shall be governed by the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and subject exclusively jurisdiction of its Courts. 

17. The competition valid from 22 July, 2025 to 21 August, 2025.

18. Draw date will be announced after the end of the competition.
